These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Punchitect ("Service"), operated by Punchitect ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Punchitect is a web-based construction punch list tool for architecture and design professionals. It allows you to create, manage, and export punch lists linked to floor plan images, with optional integration with Microsoft Revit for automated room detection.
You sign in using a Microsoft account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Microsoft credentials. The first person from your organization to register becomes the firm admin and is responsible for managing the firm's subscription and settings.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization to these Terms if registering on behalf of a business.
Punchitect offers the following plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes.
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.
Your project files are stored in your own Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint. We do not claim ownership of your project data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your project files.
You grant us permission to access your designated Punchitect folder via the Microsoft Graph API solely to provide the Service.

The Punchitect pyRevit extension is provided as-is for use with Autodesk Revit. It requires a paid Professional or Studio subscription. We make no guarantee of compatibility with specific versions of Revit or pyRevit, and are not affiliated with Autodesk.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the Service for safety-critical construction decisions is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Punchitect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Punchitect and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
